General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GemBet platform (gembet.co.com) and all services provided therein. By registering an account or using any GemBet service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

GemBet is operated by Global Gaming Ventures N.V., a company registered in Curaçao under registration number 164198, licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under License No. ALSI-122405027-FI2.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use GemBet services. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. GemBet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

You may only hold one GemBet account. Multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and any winnings forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by GemBet are subject to wagering requirements. The welcome bonus of 200% up to SGD 2,880 requires a minimum deposit and carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, email address, or payment method unless otherwise stated. GemBet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will result in immediate account suspension.

Free bets and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn, subject to meeting wagering requirements.

Sports Betting Terms & Conditions

All sports bets are accepted subject to GemBet's sports betting rules. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

GemBet reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that has already commenced. In-play betting is available on selected markets and GemBet may suspend markets at any time.

Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply to all sports markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings are credited to your GemBet account upon settlement of the event.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Deposits and withdrawals at GemBet are processed in SGD. Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. All deposits are credited to your GemBet account instantly or within the timeframe specified by your payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. GemBet does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply charges. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.

All payments must be made using methods registered in your own name. GemBet does not accept third-party payments. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

Games Terms & Conditions

All casino games on GemBet use certified random number generators (RNG) or certified live dealer equipment. Game results are fair and independently audited. GemBet accepts no liability for software malfunctions that may affect game outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Winnings from casino games are credited to your account immediately after each round concludes.

Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions. Please refer to the bonus terms for a full list of excluded games. Progressive jackpot games may carry additional terms and conditions set by the game provider.

AML Policy

GemBet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

All customers may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the source of funds used for gambling. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Suspicious transactions are monitored and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. GemBet reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where money laundering is suspected.

KYC Policy

GemBet operates a strict Know Your Customer policy in accordance with our licensing obligations. All players must verify their identity before withdrawals can be processed.

Accepted identity documents include government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and in some cases, proof of payment method.

Documents must be clear, in colour, and show all four corners. Expired documents will not be accepted. KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission.

Privacy Policy

GemBet collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Data collected includes name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, payment information, and gaming activity.

Your data is used to process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Protection of Minors Policy

GemBet strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. Age verification is conducted on all accounts and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds returned.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Recommended tools include Net Nanny, Cybersitter, and GamBan.

Responsible Gaming

GemBet promotes responsible gaming and provides tools to help players stay in control. Available tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.

To activate any responsible gaming tool, log into your account and visit the Responsible Gaming section, or contact our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion can be applied for a minimum of 6 months and will prevent you from logging into your account during that period.
